Located on the University of Colorado’s East Campus in Boulder, instruments to measure the atmospheric state have been installed for both research and teaching purposes.

This observatory is run by the Atmospheric Radiation Group and the Cloud and Precipitation Research Group , which are part of the Department of Atmospheric and Oceanic Sciences and the Laboratory for Atmospheric and Space Physics.
